Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor to members, guests, and employees.

  • Assist with merchandising, promotional displays and ensure store is tidy and maintained.

  • Assist with inventory, ensure correct tagging and coding of merchandise prior to displaying on the sales floor.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks and meet timelines.

    • Qualifications:

  • Retail sales experience is an asset.

  • Working knowledge of merchandising and promotional displays in a retail environment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism.

  • Experience with cash handling, opening/closing procedures.

  • Racquet stringing experience would be an asset or training will be supplied.

  • Knowledge of sporting goods would be considered an asset.
