Job Description
TL;DR: We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience managing cross-border startup finance. You’ll own end-to-end financial operations, compliance, audits, and investor reporting for both our Indian Pvt Ltd and US C-Corp entities. If you’ve handled everything from Delaware filings, GST, TDS, and transfer pricing to fundraising due diligence and data room management, this is the role for you.
