Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Enterprise Cloud Services department globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Support SaltStack operations to help with configuration tasks and assist with automated deployments across Windows and Linux servers.
- Support WSUS operations by helping apply updates, monitoring system status and resolving common patching issues for Windows servers.
- Assist with Red Hat Satellite by performing patching tasks, monitoring system status, and helping distribute content to Linux servers.
