Title: Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Term: Full time, permanent (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Congleton or Macclesfield

Purpose of the Role

This role involves managing a full and varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Trusts. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality, client-focused service while contributing to the continued growth and development of the Private Client department and the wider firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage private client matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance with all quality, regulatory, and professional standards (including Lexcel and SRA Code of Conduct).
