Job Description

Requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Diploma or Certificate in professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a private chef, executive chef, sous chef or fine dining chef.
  • Experience preparing a wide variety of local and international cuisines.
  • Must have experience preparing and handling strictly Halaal food in accordance with Halaal dietary requirements and food preparation standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
  • Valid RSA driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel with the CEO and family.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare and present strictly Halaa, nutritious, high-quality meals for the CEO and family.
  • Ensure that all ingredients, food products, seasonings and preparation methods comply with Halaal dietary requirements.
