Job Description
Lead privacy operations at Prospeo as a Senior Privacy & Commercial Counsel in a fully remote role. Focus on GDPR, CCPA compliance, and manage commercial contracts while reporting to the co-founders.
In this hands-on role, you'll be the legal architect behind Prospeo's privacy and commercial operations. You'll tackle GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA compliance, handle data requests, and manage vendor agreements. This position requires strong judgment and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily privacy operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Draft and negotiate customer agreements and vendor contracts
• Oversee incoming regulatory correspondence and litigation matters
• Serve as the internal point for compliance and privacy training
• Improve and standardize commercial contract templates
