Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients in HMP Downview, providing support around training, education, employment, and signposting to services covering housing and resettlement needs.
- Provide 1:1 support and guidance, setting goals and milestones to aid progress and ensure well‑rounded pre‑release support.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must have experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting. Alternative experience supporting vulnerable clients in mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is valuable. Criminology graduates with volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.
