Job Description
Overview
- Diagnose and repair a variety of printers (office printer and large format printer) and printing equipment (cutter plotter, mug press, heat press).
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client issues and concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative measures on printers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Assist customers with installation and setup of printers and related devices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printer/technical support is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a printer technician or in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in printer repair, knowledge of small machinery, and strong customer service skills.
