Position Overview
As a school administrator, you will be part of the NLSchools' Leadership Team and be committed to furthering student success. You will be a learning leader, demonstrating a student‑first philosophy through prior teaching and/or administrative experience.
Reporting to your Director of Schools, you will provide leadership to staff in responsive teaching, school development, financial management, performance appraisal, staffing plans, and ensuring that the school meets student needs. You will collaborate with your team to promote equity, recognize individual differences, and celebrate cultural diversity.
