Principal Systems Engineer (IPT Lead)

Location: Calgary, Alberta, Canada

We’re seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented professional to join our team to support the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project, pending contract award. The LVCTS project will deliver advanced simulation and training solutions to the Canadian Army at five sites across Canada: Edmonton, Alberta; Shilo, Manitoba; Petawawa, Ontario; Valcartier, Quebec; and Gagetown, New Brunswick.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team comprised of customer representatives, supplier representatives and internal Raytheon functional team members.
• Develop and execute the Integration IPT’s objectives in alignment with the contract scope and technical specifications, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule, and performance for all deliverables within the IPT charter, while escalating issues outside the charter’s scope for advice and approval as needed.
