We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join NA Direct Fulfillment team as Principal SCM for CX charter for NA DF organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional senior leaders, Directors and VPs. This is a high visibility role which directly contributes to customer experience and business growth. The Principal SCM will have a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own, influence, and execute Direct Fulfillment projects.
As an end to end owner Principal SCM, you will be able to define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantified, and influence resource allocation. You understand the significant business problems in your program space, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions.
