Principal Project Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and strategic leader to join our team and help drive customer success on some of Microsoft’s most complex and high-visibility projects. In this role, you will represent Microsoft to senior customer stakeholders, analyze customer feedback, and act as a trusted voice of the customer to ensure delivery excellence. You’ll lead the initiation of large-scale, high-complexity projects—securing resources, developing detailed work plans, and aligning delivery with strategic customer objectives.
You will also play a key role in managing partner resources, from briefing and interviewing to onboarding. Your experience will be essential in building robust project management plans, orchestrating performance metrics, and proactively managing risks and issues to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery. With direct communication to senior stakeholders, you’ll manage project health, financial performance, and overall outcomes.
