As a Principal Product Application Engineer (m/f/d), you will work on developing and validating advanced SiC-based solutions, turning cutting-edge semiconductor technology into real-world applications. You will collaborate with global teams, support customers, and help drive new products to market, combining hands-on engineering with strong application insight.

What you will do
Design power electronics platforms using SiC technologies
Run and analyze testing and validation of power systems
