Senior technical leader for our NLP and LLM capabilities in production. You'll set the technical direction, build and evaluate models, and take them from prototype to reliable, measurable production systems. Hands‑on role — research plus real engineering impact.
What you’ll do- Set technical direction for NLP systems; evaluate new approaches, run experiments, build prototypes
- Design solutions across NER, text classification, text generation, semantic search, and information extraction
- Lead LLM work: evaluation, prompt design, fine‑tuning, RAG/GraphRAG, and safe production use
- Move successful models into production and own their evaluation, monitoring, and performance
- Define data prep, annotation strategy, and labeling quality standards
- Work closely with software/data engineers, product, analysts, and annotation teams
