Description: A Principal MRB Engineer opporutnity in Lynn, MA is needed to support the needs and goals of manufacturing teams with engineering substantiation reviews to determine the acceptability of aircraft engine hardware. Ideal candidate will have significant experience substantiating nonconformances that arise from the manufacturing process. Principal MRB engineer will evaluate and mentor junior engineers to increase technical knowledge and increase efficiency and effectiveness in their projects.
Job Duties:
* Mentor and develop Junior Engineers who are evaluating manufacturing nonconformances to determine acceptability of parts.
* Mentor and develop Junior Engineers who perform analysis to document acceptability of parts to include stress
calculations, tolerance stack ups, and leveraging of previous analysis.
