About You

As a Principal Engineer – Mechanical Services you will have a strong track record in one or ideally, multiples sectors, that BakerHicks operates in. You will be a Chartered (or working towards) Mechanical Building Services Engineer. You will have the ability to demonstrate managing medium size projects or managing packages on large projects, whilst building, developing and managing a motivated and enthusiastic team. Client care and repeat business is crucial to BakerHicks success, so you will need to be able to develop and nurture relationships with our clients (both internal and external).
