**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge and experience in the NCI Agency (NCIA) property accounting processes and procedures
- Knowledge and experience of IPSAS Asset Management
- Proven understanding of Asset Acquisition procedures
- Experience in Order and Inventory Management methods within an Enterprise Business Application. e.g. Oracle Financials
- Experience in activities which involve the provision of administrative assistance to compile, verify, record and process forms and documents, in accordance with NCIA directives/guidance
- Demonstrable knowledge of CIS assets and asset lifecycle management
- Demonstrable experience maintaining an Asset Management Database
