PURPOSE OF POSITION
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head, Investment Finance and accountable for supporting investment activities across the entire investment life cycle for the Building Ontario Fund's portfolio. Typical projects will involve construction financing and/or shorter-duration term financing, across BOF's focus sectors, typically as a co-investor with an institutional lender. The role will focus on the administration and performance management of loans, equity investments, guarantees, and other financial products, ensuring investments are monitored effectively, risks are managed proactively, and legal and contractual obligations are met.
