Principal Hardware Architect (Electrical Engineering)

Principal Hardware Architect to lead the architecture and technical direction of critical Office Printing Systems subsystems. This role requires a highly experienced electrical engineer who can drive system-level design decisions, influence product strategy, and mentor engineering teams across a global organization.

• Own the architecture of key product subsystems, translating business and product requirements into scalable, cost-effective hardware solutions.
• Drive critical design decisions, including component selection, trade-off analyses, and cost optimization.
