Principal Gameplay Animator, Unreal Tech Lead

2K is seeking a Principal Technical Animator (Gameplay) based in Brighton. This role will shape the technical vision for character animation across our games. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams while driving the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance animation quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in AAA title animation systems and strong communication skills to bridge collaboration across departments. You will also have opportunities to mentor mid-level animators and optimize performance across complex systems.
