SRG are supporting an exciting, innovative company in recruiting a Principal Food Scientist to lead an advanced research programme focused on how food processing methods impact food and beverage products.
This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced food scientist with strong expertise in food processing, food chemistry and analytical techniques. You will design and deliver investigative research to understand how processing conditions influence product functionality, stability and performance.
