Principal Engineer (RF)

The Principal Engineer (RF/Radiofrequency) will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for radio product and test engineering, and continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction to high-volume manufacturing. The role provides expert-level RF technical support, leads complex failure analysis, and defines advanced RF test methodologies to ensure robust product performance, test yield, and production efficiency. It requires close collaboration with R&D, NPI/TPI teams, manufacturing sites, and repair centers.

• Act as senior owner of radio product (LTE/NR); provide technical expertise across product and test engineering to global production sites (mainly Mexico, India, China), repair centers, and NPI/TPI programs.
• Continuously improve test time and yield.
