Principal Engineer Operations Planning & Controlling

Collaborate with and drive cross‑functional teams to confirm weekly production capacity and demand, ensuring alignment and optimization of capacities across BE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce work in progress (WIP), and improve cycle times.
• Understand the details of material requirements planning (MRP) to ensure optimization across the overall BE network.
• Create and document standardized planning processes and work methods, and drive projects to standardize planning procedures across the organization.
• Provide expert consultation and support during monthly and quarterly capacity confirmation processes, partnering with BE sites and business divisions.
