Please note, this position is designated as flexible, which means the selected candidate may be required to report to the assigned office in Greensboro, NC at least part of the time each week.
Technical Summary:
This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role for an experienced operations leader who can bring structure, accountability, and technical depth to how cloud services are supported, documented, measured, escalated, and continuously improved. The principal will own the operating model for platform operations, documentation, incident and change processes, HA/DR posture documentation, operational readiness standards for new cloud services, vendor performance management, and service-level accountability.
The principal will enable onshore and offshore technical teams responsible for 24x7x365 operation of the environment, partner with vendors responsible for L1/L2 support, and coordinate with service and platform teams responsible for L3 escalation. The r...
