REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 11+ years 
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Mendix (Expert Certified)
  • Proven experience in large-scale Mendix implementations (multi-app, multi-geo, mission-critical programs)
  • Deep expertise in Mendix application lifecycle management, cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, GDPR, data compliance), performance optimization, and resilience design
  • Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/ESB
  • Experience establishing and scaling a Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), governance models, and reusable component libraries
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CxOs, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery Leaders
