Senior Principal Engineer R&D
Responsible for technical guidance, leadership of projects, and compliance with biosafety and regulatory policies.
- Know and follow Biosense Webster policies and procedures related to work activities and ensure subordinates do the same.
- Complete all training in the area of responsibility within the assigned time.
- Participate in training for changes and implementation of policies, new functions, etc.
- Complete required retraining in safety, environment, and other relevant areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and promote safety to all associates.
- Lead and execute projects aimed at reducing process or design variation that positively influences business metrics.
- Ensure projects are well defined, stay within plan, follow PE processes, and progress within required timeframes.
- Apply intensive and diversified engineering knowledge across related tasks.
