Job Summary
:We are seeking a Principal Hardware Quality Engineer with hands-on hardware quality experience to become a key part of Operations Quality – Continuous Improvement Team. Here at Raytheon, our Operations Quality Continuous Improvement Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement.
You will be a key player working with leaders in Operations, Quality, Program Management, and Engineering to solve problems & drive improvements on our nation’s most advanced defense systems. You will be a member of a trusted, high-impact team: embedded within programs and integrated into the factory, this team leverages CORE, APQP, and RCCA principles to elevate quality and deliver measurable results.
