Role Overview
As a Principal Analog / Power IC Design Engineer, you will serve as asenior technical authorityresponsible for the architecture, design, verification, and productization of advancedhigh voltagepower‑management integrated circuit(IC) products. You will lead complex IC product developmentsas aChip Lead, mentor engineering teams, and influence direction across multiple products and engineering disciplines. This role blendsdeep circuit‑level expertise,system‑level ownership, andcross‑functional leadershipto deliver high‑performance, high‑reliability power solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & System Definition
Working with the New Product Definition team, definechip‑level and block‑level architecturesand implementationsforAC-DC andDC‑DC converters, LDOs, gate drivers,power stages, digital/mixed‑signal blocks, andhigh‑voltage analog circuits.
