This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Responsibilities

• Full teaching responsibility for a class, including planning, delivering, and assessing the National Curriculum to foster a love of learning.
• Act as a champion for all students, specifically supporting SEND learners within a mainstream setting and breaking down barriers to learning.
• Use Assessment for Learning strategies and positive behaviour management to track progress and improve student outcomes.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, parents, and multi-agency teams such as Educational Psychologists.
