Smile Education is recruiting a Primary Teacher for a 2‑form entry primary school in the Worcester area. The role is full‑time, long‑term, with teaching responsibilities starting in September and the possibility of a permanent position. The school has a tight knit staff team and strong Senior Leadership Team support.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and critical thinking.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback, and nurture a love for learning.

Qualifications
- Teaching certification or QTS.
