New Directions Education are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and dedicated Supply Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality teaching across Progression Step 1 and 2. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who can quickly build positive relationships with children and staff while maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the Foundation Phase curriculum.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
Assess pupils’ progress and adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Promote positive behaviour through effective classroom management.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and school leaders.
Follow school safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour policies at all times.
