Are you an eager and enthusiastic teacher looking for a new role from September in Barry?
We are recruiting on behalf of a lovely primary school in The Vale for a newly qualified teacher who is wanting to make an impact. Preferably you will have experience in working or completed placements with Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Start date: September 2026
End date: Ongoing
Days/hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 3:30pm
Location: Barry
Pay: £172.98 a day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)
Responsibilities
- Deliver core curriculum to up to 30 students
- Create a positive and safe learning environment
- Engage students in informative and engaging lessons
- Support pupils to become resilient, independent learners
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECT status
