The Woodlands is seeking four Primary Outreach Support Workers to join our growing outreach team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside primary schools across County Durham, supporting children whose engagement, behaviour, emotional regulation or relationships in school are becoming barriers to learning.

Responsibilities

• Support schools where concerns are emerging around behaviour, engagement, emotional regulation or relationships
• Help schools identify barriers and develop practical strategies to improve outcomes for pupils
