The school is looking to appoint a Primary HLTA on a long-term basis from September. The successful Primary HLTA will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering targeted interventions, supporting classroom teaching and providing whole class cover when required, while helping to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
The successful Primary HLTA will have:
HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 within a UK primary school
Confidence leading whole class learning and delivering small group interventions
