We will take the hard work out of securing your first teaching job!
PK’s ECT Pool is the easiest way of accessing hundreds of ECT jobs all via one form (and no personal statement!). Choose the areas that you want to work in, and let our consultants do the rest. We work with primary, secondary, and special needs schools across England who are looking to appoint ECTs for September 2026.
How it works
• Complete a simple application process
• Tell us what you want to teach and where you want to teach it
• Your consultant goes out and promotes you to the matching schools
• Interviews are arranged and we give you the inside knowledge to make sure you succeed
• You get placed for September and we continue to provide help and support through your ECT years
