Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist & Prescriber

NHS is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team in Bradford. The role primarily involves managing prescriptions, conducting medication reviews, and supporting a multi-disciplinary team in providing excellent patient care.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior pharmacists and ensuring the efficient running of prescription management processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Pharmacy degree and 3-5 years of experience in General Practice.
