Principal Responsibilities
- To increase sales revenue of HSBC’s financial products via various sales activities
- To build strategic relationships with existing and new customers
- To conduct market reviews and understand customers’ financial needs and requirements
- To promote and deliver our digital channel and Life Sign Technology to new and existing customers
- To share digital know-how with customers to create awareness and increase the adoption rate
- To drive wealth referrals specifically for investment needs to Premier colleagues
- To ensure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and the relevant authorities at all times
- Ensure high‑quality data input in customer records, transaction processing and reporting, including but not limited to account opening, financing processing and other banking services
