Shifts: Full-Time. All 3 Shifts available, M-F, Rotating weekends
Job Description:
Performs assembly and secondary operations while maintaining rates and quality product.Responsible for production of one or more injection molding machines.Monitors general functions of injection molding machines to detect problems with cycle operations and removal of unformed parts, etc.Gages and visually inspects parts for defects; maintains quality production.Reports defects and malfunctions in process, material, or quality to technical personnel, Supervisor, or Team Leader for correction.Operates hand and machine tools, such as hot stamp, inserting machine, ultrasonic welder, drill press, arbor press, packaging machine, etc.Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assemb...
