Preservation Servicer Supervisor

Responsibilities Plans the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on workload projections for week-to-week or month-to-month periods. Establishes deadlines, priorities and work sequences in accordance with general work scheduled, methods, and policies established by higher level supervisors. Participates with the supervisor in the initial planning of current/future work schedules and the development of budget requests, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations for scheduling of projected work. Furnishes opinions and recommendations to the supervisor concerning changes to organizational structures, position management issues involving the supervised work operations, and relationships with other organizations.
