About the Role
Join TD SYNNEX as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect and help shape service solutions that power our global Product Support Services portfolio—from integration and technical assistance to professional services, repair, and IT asset disposition (ITAD). You’ll bridge sales opportunities and successful delivery by scoping, pricing, and positioning solutions that meet customer needs and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and partners, and play a key role in onboarding and validating delivery partners across our global ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Presales solutioning and capture
Lead presales engagements: analyze RFI/RFP requirements, validate customer needs, and design tailored service solutions.
Collaborate with capture and proposal teams to craft compelling, compliant solution frameworks and bid strategies.
