About the role Pre-Sales Consultant will oversee a range of projects for key clients in the designated geographical region: Americas. They will be working with our customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design solutions, execute POCs, support with techno-commercial proposals and implement solutions to onboard new customers. Responsibilities Work with potential and existing customers to understand their data requirements and conduct demos. Collaborate with customers to define project scope and SOPs, including technical consultation and establishing communication channels. Design creative solutions for new and existing problems, including micro-task breakdown and solution documentation. Plan and execute pilots with expert support, manage profit and loss creation with operations approval, and ensure solution implementation.
