Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead direct sales and presales activities for connected plants and Industry 4.0 opportunities, including customer discovery and solution positioning.
- Support RFP responses with solution architect inputs, solution design, and technical proposals for MES and plant systems engagements.
- Demonstrate MES knowledge across discrete, process, and batch manufacturing and map requirements to ISA-95/ISA-88 concepts.
- Provide integration guidance for MES with business systems and control systems, ensuring fit-for-purpose data flows and interoperability.
- Drive project management during presales, including ideation of new solutions, creation of solution assets/frameworks, and coordination of technical teams.
