SummaryThe Prep Cook enhances the guest experience by consistently delivering convenient and enjoyable food options through efficient and effective food preparation to improve the overall movie entertainment experience. The position will be assisting our banquets/events team and averaging 25 hours per week.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with kitchen prep work such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, cutting meat, or portioning ingredients.
Prepare and present food items such as salads, breads, salad dressings and sauces.
Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served products that enhance the Emagine entertainment experience.
Maintain and organize kitchen environment and equipment to ensure employees are able to perform all required job duties in a clean and safe environment.
