Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Instructor (Part-Time, Regular Classes)

We are looking for an experienced Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Instructor to join our passionate all‑female team.

This is a part‑time position with a consistent and high number of weekly classes - ideal for instructors seeking regular hours and a supportive, professional environment.

• Conduct Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates group and private sessions, both mat and small equipment-based.
• Adapt sessions safely for women across all trimesters and postpartum recovery stages.
• Provide individualized guidance on posture, breathing, and core engagement.
• Collaborate with our wellness and therapy team to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain class records and uphold safety and professionalism in all sessions.
