Premier Relationship Officer, Mont Kiara

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) team in the role of Premier Relationship Officer, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales administrative tasks:
  • Organize and complete/check all sales application forms for submission, scanning and for SQ review.
  • Check and sign all the sales documents for line manager to verify and approve.
  • Scan and file all completed sales application forms in the customer file for reviews, checks and follow‑ups.
• Assist Relationship Manager in replying customer mails, banking transaction requests and other requests from premier clients such as requests for bank statements, fee waivers, etc.
• Assist RM in handling/investigating customer complaints or other follow‑up tasks.
