Job Description
**Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (Program Oversight & Design)**
+ Designs, oversees, and continuously improves the predictive maintenance program, including establishing inspection schedules and identifying equipment for inclusion.
+ Evaluates predictive maintenance methodologies and determines appropriate applications based on equipment criticality and reliability objectives.
+ Determines the selection, calibration requirements, and appropriate use of predictive testing equipment.
+ Provides technical leadership and instruction to maintenance technicians and other employees on predictive maintenance techniques, procedures, and processes; evaluates performance against established standards.
+ Applies advanced predictive tools (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) to assess equipment condition and anticipate failures.
+ Interprets and analyzes collected data to refine predictive maintenance strategies and adjust program parameters.
