Be the global transformation leader who turns AI-powered prediction into commercial reality across Consumer Health. As Work-Team Lead for Predictive Business Steering (PBS), you will own, evolve, and scale one of Consumer Health's most consequential shifts. You will champion a model that breaks down silos, creates cross-functional alignment, and delivers significantly enhanced transparency starting from consumer demand to financial forecast so that markets, supply, and finance act on ONE NUMBER: a single predictive, unbiased truth anchored in sell-out signals.

This is a builder's role at genuine scale. You'll take a proven concept, one that already generates unbiased predictive market signals with high (over 85%) accuracy through our Foresight tool already operating in 15 markets and drive its adoption across every roll-out wave.
