An international engineering and construction contractor is looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to support the delivery of major Data Centre projects across Europe.

About the Role

This is a key role leading the CSA and MEP elements of pre-construction, working closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to develop practical, buildable solutions from concept through to contract award.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities throughout the pre-construction phase.
• Coordinate design development with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Drive value engineering, buildability reviews and technical solutions.
• Support tender submissions, cost planning and procurement strategies.
• Manage CSA design coordination with MEP and other disciplines.
• Identify project risks and help shape successful project delivery.
