Pre-Owned Car Sales Manager - Mpumalanga, Witbank

Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Department Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets Drive departmental profitability and maximise gross profit Manage used vehicle stock, pricing, ageing, and vehicle sourcing Monitor sales performance and prepare regular management reports Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process Work closely with the F&I department to maximise finance and insurance opportunities Ensure all dealership policies and manufacturer standards are followed Assist with resolving customer queries and handling escalated complaints Recruit, coach, and mentor sales staff where required Monitor market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive Maintain accurate sales records and departmental administration Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 35 years' experience as a Pre-Owned Car Sales Manager within a franchised passenger vehicle dealership Proven track record of achieving s...
