Job Description
**Job Title: Pre-Operative Planning Representative – Onsite, 1st Shift**
**Location:** Onsite – Kalamazoo, MI
**Shift:** 1st Shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday
**Pay Rate:** $20/hr
**Overtime:** Demand continues to grow; >55 hour weeks are possible, though infrequent.
**Job Overview**
The Pre-Operative Planning Representative is responsible for producing high-quality Pre-Operative Surgical Plans to support robotically-assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement procedures. You will focus on individual production to meet team and department targets and ensure cases are accurately and efficiently processed.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Create cases for completion using a proprietary case management system.
+ Review CT scans for conformity with Mako Surgical protocol.
+ Segment CT scans with specialized software to create 3D anatomical bone models used in robotic surgery.
+ Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans utilizing digital bone mode...
